Hi Master Wooky I wanted you to ask if you make time for a little statement about the continuing war would have between us. I'm actually not too differentiated view on the general situation and can therefore only join Dark Star and Phoebus. The two were so in an interview with Black Velvet, so far the only few Zeilen über den Krieg insgesamt die ich gelesen habe. Aber von meiner KB-Lektüre glaube ich auch, dass wir ein Unentschieden haben.
Die Motivation in unseren Reihen empfinde ich persönlich als hoch, höher vielleicht als die größten Spieler unserer Metas. Vielleicht liegt das daran, dass ich als kämpfende Rasse die ersten Erfahrungen in einem großen Krieg mache. Aber wir sind eigentlich schon motiviert den Krieg weiterzuführen, obwohl es natürlich nicht so ist, dass wir hier mit Verbissenheit kämpfen. Und ich habe nicht den Eindruck, dass von der Gegenseite mit hundertprozentigem Einsatz gekämpft wird. Es gibt schöne KB's, viel lustiges Geplänkel und man lernt auch nette People know ;-)
Would you say that this is a war that by and by "asleep", or do you think that there will come great action from both sides and it is a party as the clear winner will qualify?
You say precisely that you also no (longer) fights with great ferocity. When I think of your first successful Hive action against us, you have really started down at the beginning and we really put some sweat. Do you think that some players simply lack the motivation, because your opponents make more and more on saven eighth and traps, or suspect you more of a temporal problem behind it?
The war will probably eventually terminated by mutual consent, because the interest wears off easily. Of course it gives off and to large Fleet kills and beautiful invalidity actions, but on the whole, I see simply no evidence that the conflict is charged with too many emotions. At the same time the pages are no more nakedness, and the loss of the fleet does not lead to surrender. So the question arises rather, should be like to win such a war. And then it's difficult to determine a winner.
to the hive action in particular, I want to say anything. The traps are placed there, and we received a very high risk auch mal zu scheitern, erhöht vielleicht eher den Reiz der Sache. Vielleicht sehe ich das auch durch eine Brille, aber ich habe absolut nicht den Eindruck, als würde durch ein paar Invasionen irgendjemand eingeschüchtert. Das sind tolle Aktionen, aber es ist keine einseitige Geschichte. Ich denke da an viele geinvte Forschungsköpfe von EoD-Spielern.
Eine weitere Frage brennt mir noch auf dem Herzen:
Wie würdest du das Verhalten von Spielern beurteilen, die trotz Flottenverlust und geinvten Planis im Dauer U-Mode verschwinden anstatt zu kapitulieren? Ich denke es gibt auf beiden Seiten davon genug, sodass es allgemein gehalten werden kann.
Ich glaube danach ist meine Neugier auch schon befriedigt und ich kann dich den Abend noch in Ruhe geniessen lassen ;)

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, wieso das so ist. Sollte es jemanden gelingen meine Flotte zu grillen, herzlichen Glückwunsch, er braucht unbesorgt sein, ich werde weiter machen wie bisher. Es gibt auch Spieler die sich nach einem Fleetkill aufrappeln und mit wenig fast ebensoviel erreichen. Auf der anderen Seite sehe ich auch nicht ganz die Notwendigkeit kapitulieren zu müssen, if the fleet is gone. The shield, the spread of alliances over the individual, is rather larger than smaller.
